How do I shop at EmporiumBrands.com?

Simply add selected products to your shopping bag and when done click on the shopping bag icon. In a shopping bag continue by selecting a method of delivery. Once you confirm your delivery method click on Pay Securely Now. Next step is registration (this is optional). Once you are done selecting the method of delivery and payment option, agree with our terms&conditions  and select continue. Final step consists of possible coupon applications and final order confirmation.

What are the payment options I can select?

If you are located in Slovakia you can also pay to currier upon delivery (cash or payment card). All other orders (Slovakia as well) can pay securely on page via existing Pay Pal account or using their  payment card.

What are your shipping charges?

You can find our current price list in the payment&delivery and terms&condictions sections.

If an item is listed as „sold out“is it possible to order it again later?

Unfortunately this option is not possible as we only sell current collections once and in limited number of pieces. Collection for EB boutique are selected a year ahead making it impossible to actually back order items once they sell out. Nevertheless we are still open for suggestions on what brands, cuts, pieces and items the EmporiumBrands boutique should sell. Do not hesitate to contact us with your suggestions!

How often do you get new stock?

Offered brand collections are released at various intervals per year which makes it impossible to set precise dates of their availability at the EB boutique. You can receive up to date information about new collections via our fashion magazine and constant updates at our social network pages.

If the item I purchased does not fit or I do not like it, can I return it back?

Yes, you can return any purchased item without stating a reason within 7 working days from its delivery. Item has to be undamaged and in its original packaging including all its original labels and stickers. In order to return the item you need to: 1. email us 2. send back the item together with the filled returns&exchange note. Once receiving the returned item we will try to arrange for an exchange of the original product. If a replacement would not be possible you will get your money back in the period of 15 working days since we receive the returned item.

How can I return an unwanted item?

In order to return an unwanted item you need to: 1. send us an email stating the reasons for your return 2. fill  the returns&exchange note that you will receive with your purchase (you can also download it at the EmporiumBrands webpage) and send it back together with the item you would like to return. Buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs involved in sending the item back to us.

What should I do in the case of item reclamation?

If you have detected damage on the item upon its receiving most likely caused the manufactures, send us an email via our contact us section. We will inform you about the status of the reclamation  at the short notice. You can find more information in the warranty&exchange section.

How do you process reclamation and how long does it take?

You need to send back the reclamation item together with the returns&exchange note back to us. As soon as we receive your item the reclamation period starts. We will decide on the validity of the reclamation within 3 working days from receiving it. We will inform you about our decision via email. If reclamation is deemed valid we will process it in the legal 30 working days period. Buyer bears the responsibility for items damaged as a result of improper delivery to us. Item damaged in this way would not be accepted for reclamation. All delivery charges back to emporimbrands.com are paid by the buyer. In cases of reclamation  deemed invalid we will send the purchased item back to you.

Will I get my money back if my reclamation is valid?

In case your reclamation will be deemed valid we will exchange the returned item for a new one, or return your money back in form of future shopping credit or direct money return.

EB Blogs&Magazine is a community of fashion blogers which everyone can join. Through our blogs section we unite people who love fashion, writing, bloging, taking pictures and sharing ideas with other people. If you want to become a blogger at emporiumbrands.com all you need to do is register and start! At EmporiumBrands Blogs&Magazine you can also create your own blogger’s profile. Does EmporiumBrands also have a brick store?

EmporiumBrands currently does not have a brick store. In the past our company operated a well known fashion boutique Zazzle.

How I can I become a VIP customer?

Everybody making a single purchase of over 250 Euros can become a VIP customer.

What are the advantages of becoming a VIP customer?

VIP customers living in Bratislava can order a personal stylist service. The advantages of this service are that based on the description of yourself (looks, size) a stylist will make a selection of items offered by our boutique and bring them directly to your home where he/she will help you with styling those pieces with different items from your wardrobe. You can also invite a friend to use this service with you. For foreign customers becoming a VIP will mean special sales, first hand access to seasonal sales and special coupons.
